Donation Page Added

The economy section now includes a link to help beginners understand the current financial crisis.

In both the old version and new version of the page, from Iraq down, you can click on the section title and get more information on the country or region. Each section also has a map link.

Previous Updates

Just added the site to twitter. There is a twitter widget on the welcome screen, and on the headlines page. Twitter will be used to alert people when the page is updated so you don't have to waste your time coming if there is no update

New section for Free TV, as well as Free National Radio Free CT FM/AM ,and  Free Internet Radio.

Just added The Young Turks Radio Show to the News Video Section

Just added section of economic statics including market indexes, interest rates, and unemployment.

There is a new page dedicated to bookmarking places where you can view TV shows and movies on the internet.

The books resource page has finally been finished...more books to come, but it is a good start.

I want to thank everyone of the 50 people who visit each day, unfortunately that only amounts to a few pennies a month in ad revenue. I am in desperate need of more readers. I know they are out there, they just don't know this site exists. Since I can not afford to advertise professionally I could use volunteers to hand out business cards to people that may be interested in an unfiltered news source. Please email me if anyone is interested. (msweet_6344@ric.edu)

I have added PBS Frontline program to the news video section, as well as The Real News. Both of which are very god journalism.

I have noticed Yahoo or Google links on this page may give you an error when accessed. It will say click here, at your own risk, for the intended link. Nothing bad will happen, it will only take  you to the original, non-yahoo, source that first printed the article. There is no need to worry. If anyone does find a broken link please email me.
