Here is some interesting things I found so far. Illinois gets nothing until Gov. Blogo's impeachment trial is over...the people will get to see each project funded, the rational, as well as the ability to email the person in charge if anyone in the public has a question because it will will be accessible on the internet. Agency's have to submit all paper work and it will be posted on a webpage (recovery.org)....employees contracted for construction projects will have the ability to act as a whistleblower if their contractor is wasteful. That employee will have full protection from any reprisal for his actions. Senate is next!
